In this article a 14wt% Cr ODS ferritic steel with composition Fe-14%Cr-2%W-0.3%Ti-0.3%Y2O3 by Mechanical alloying under argon atmosphere synthesized. X-Ray diffraction, Scaning Electron Microscopy and energy dispersive spectroscopy analysis were used in order to study the effect of speed and time of mechanical alloying on microstructure. The size of powder particles decreased by increasing of alloying time to an optimum time. The results obtained by XRD indicated that ODS alloyed powders were successfully produced when powders were milled at a higher milling energy. |
